Project information
The objective of the project is to create a training program designed for both educators and adult learners in formal and informal education settings. This program will teach them effective techniques for handling the intense emotions that arise from online learning, thus assisting them in navigating the social and personal challenges associated with distance education.
The project’s aim is to bring the vast body of literature and research from the past year into the realm of online adult education. This literature has highlighted the importance of incorporating emotional management tools in education. The project intends to promote awareness of the psychological and emotional impacts associated with online training. It also seeks to delve into the ramifications of online education, considering both individual and societal perspectives. Furthermore, the project seeks to identify areas for enhancing emotional intelligence within the educational process.
Project result 3: INNOVATIVE TRAINING ECOSYSTEM FOR EMOTIONAL DIGITAL LEARNING
The current educational environment, much like a biological ecosystem where various species coexist within a shared habitat, will integrate students’ and educators’ emotions as essential components within the context of EdTech (Educational Technology) utilized to generate and convey educational content while also nurturing a culture of emotions in learning.
This integration aims to promote shifts in behavior concerning challenging emotions experienced by students and trainers, ultimately resulting in enhanced performance and the development of their existing soft skills.
